1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Sareh News mobile application, website and related services (the "Service"), operated by Saeid Raei, [postal address]. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Sareh News lets you read news headlines and summaries from public news sources, personalised by interests that you enter yourself. The Service is free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

Sareh News is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise bypass our API limits.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.
• Access another person's account or use the Service on behalf of someone else without permission.

4. Content Disclaimer

Sareh News aggregates content from various public RSS feeds and third-party sources. We do not own, control, or take responsibility for the accuracy, copyright compliance, or legality of the content provided by these external sources. Headlines, summaries and images belong to their respective publishers, and the full articles are read on the publishers' own websites, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Headlines, summaries and links of past news stay available in the app so that you can look back in time.

We group reports about the same news from different outlets into one story and rank stories by how well they match your interests. These steps are automatic and approximate: stories may occasionally be grouped wrongly, and a ranking is not a judgement of importance or truth. Do not rely on the Service as your only source for important decisions.

5. User Accounts

You can use the Service as a guest, or create an account with Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your password and your devices secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and notify us immediately at support@sareh.news of any unauthorized use. Guest accounts that are not used for 90 days are deleted automatically.

You can delete your account and data at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account & Data). See the Privacy Policy for what this removes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Sareh News name, logo, app and software are owned by Saeid Raei or by the licensors of the Service. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. News content belongs to the respective publishers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sareh News is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last Updated" date above, and if the change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of [jurisdiction].
