By using the Sareh News mobile application or web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Sareh News is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or otherwise bypass our API limits.
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.

3. Content Disclaimer

Sareh News aggregates content from various public RSS feeds and third-party sources. We do not own, control, or take responsibility for the accuracy, copyright compliance, or legality of the content provided by these external sources.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account via Apple or Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sareh News is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
